Important Information

This rate is non-refundable. If you change or cancel your booking you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to any local consumer laws.

• No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
• Stay extensions require a new reservation.

Special check-in instructions

The front desk is open Monday - Thursday (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM) and Friday - Sunday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM).

Guests will receive an email 24 hours arrival with check-in instructions; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation.

NOTICE TO GUESTS

This Property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to Guests or for loss of money, valuables of any kind or to vehicles. The person registering is responsible for all damage caused to room, furnishings and fixtures. Please do not leave any money or items of value unattended in your room. If the credit card you are using for check-in is attached to a bank or checking account, a hold of $200 will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such funds will not be released for 72 business hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your financial institution. If you would like to stay another day, please pay at the Front Office before check out time. Rates subject to applicable sales, occupancy, or other taxes.

I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of these charges. I agree that if I am extending my stay beyond the initial check-out date, that a new authorization will be taken and the original capture and imprint of my card will be used.

A Fee of up to $500 CAD will be assessed for smoking in a Non-smoking room, vaping in a Non-vaping room, allowing pets in a No pets allowed room. Please inquire at the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas. By staying at our property, you acknowledge that Niagara Inn will use your personal data to provide you with services and products, to provide customer service, and for other purposes.
