Important Information

  • This rate is non-refundable. If you change or cancel your booking, you will not receive a refund or credit for a future stay. This policy applies regardless of COVID-19, subject to any applicable local consumer laws.

  • No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.

  • Stay extensions require a new reservation.

Acknowledgments

By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Statement, Government Travel Advice, Rules & Restrictions, and Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them.

Guest Information & Policies

  • The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • Extra-person charges may apply, varying by property policy.

  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges.

  • Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges; these cannot be guaranteed.

  • The property reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.

  • Safety features include smoke detectors and heat alarm systems.

  • Please check the latest COVID-19 travel requirements and health measures before traveling.

  • The property does not have elevators.

Check-In / Check-Out Policies

Check-In:

  • From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Early check-in subject to availability and a fee of CAD $25

  • Late check-in subject to availability; fee of CAD $25 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM

  • Minimum check-in age: 18 years

Check-Out:

  • By 11:00 AM

  • Late check-out subject to availability; fee of CAD $45

Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Special Check-In Instructions

  • Front desk hours: Monday - Thursday (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Friday - Sunday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

  • Guests receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions.

  • To arrange check-in, please contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival using information on your booking confirmation.

  • For arrivals after 8:00 PM, contact the property in advance.

Notice to Guests

  • This property is privately owned; management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of money, valuables, or vehicles.

  • The person registering is responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, or fixtures.

  • Please do not leave valuables unattended in your room.

  • If the credit card used for check-in is linked to a bank or checking account, a hold of CAD $200 will be placed for the full anticipated charges including incidentals. Funds may be held for up to 72 business hours after check-out, or longer at the discretion of your financial institution.

  • To extend your stay, payment must be made at the Front Office before check-out time.

  • Rates are subject to applicable sales, occupancy, or other taxes.

  • You agree to be personally liable for all charges if the named guest, company, or association fails to pay.

  • For stay extensions, a new authorization will be taken; the original card imprint will be used.

Smoking, Vaping, and Pets Policy

  • A fee of up to CAD $500 will be charged for smoking or vaping in non-smoking rooms, or for allowing pets in rooms where pets are not allowed.

  • Please inquire at the Front Desk for designated outdoor smoking areas.

Data Usage

By staying with Niagara Inn, you acknowledge that your personal data will be used to provide services and products, offer customer service, and for other related purposes.

Legal Notice

Notices from you to NIAGARA INN must be made either by regular mail to the address provided on our website or by first-class mail to the following address:

5703 Thorold Stone Rd, Niagara Falls, ON L2J 1A1, Canada.

Delivery will be deemed to have occurred five (5) days after the date the notice is sent.
